I had four screens in need of repair and I contacted Lori who was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We chatted by telephone and I provided the approximate sizes of the screen / frames to be repaired and she provided me a quote by telephone. I brought the items in to their shop day and they were repaired within 24 hours. Their customer service, workmanship and price are exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. 10/10

This is an excellent local Ottawa company. Lori was very helpful in recommending a Clearview retractable screen for our porch. Amir installed the screen in a very professional manner in just a few days after we ordered it. The Clearview is well named as we required a repair to it after a friend accidentally walked into the screen. Within minutes of my call to the company, Amir called me back and walked me through a quick repair, saving a service call and all is well. So, 5 stars to the whole team. Excellent product, excellent service and professional install and support. ?

I had 3 screens that were destroyed by my dog. I brought them in for screen replacement. I received great advice on the various options and they were able to do the work same day. They looked better than before and are stronger mesh. I will definitely use their service again if we have anymore screen issues.
