I got my septum and nostril pierced by Kaiti here. I am so incredibly happy with the whole experience, Kaiti is very knowledgeable about she does and is ready to share her expertise with every question answered.

She is very responsive and thorough with her emails and in-person is sweet and attentive to the process.

The entire process was fully explained and executed with professionalism and eased any worries I had regarding getting my first facial piercings!

I got my nipples pierced today by Kaiti and im stunned! There is no better customer service than what she provided today. Shes very kind, i felt 100% comfortable, and she was very efficient with getting me in and out the door. I will definitely come back here!

I wanted to redo my lobe piercings and I'm so happy I went to Kaiti! She was very responsive via email and it was easy to book. She's the kindest and walked me through the entire process. It was a quick painless piercing, but I felt taken care of and I'm excited to go back for a jewelry change.
