I had a really good experience getting my helix piercing here. Catie is friendly, professional, and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable! She helped me choose the jewelry, explained everything clearly, and paid close attention to how I was feeling throughout the appointment.

The actual piercing was super quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole experience was. Before I left, she took the time to go over the aftercare in detail and answered all the questions I had.

First of all I need to apologize for accidently writing this review for the wrong tattoo studio. Once I realized my mistake I had to fix it immediately!
Going to The Ink Spot to see Shawn was the smartest choice I could of made when choosing the right studio and the right artist for the nightmare of a coverup I desperately needed on my neck! He not only came up with a unique custom piece of art but he also added different colours making it stand out beyond anything I could of expected. Also he was able to finish it in 4 hrs! I highly recommend Shawn and/or any of the other employees at The Ink Spot any day of the week!!!

10 years ago, my wife and I got small, matching tattoos at The Ink Spot. The team was kind, professional and the tattoos were exactly what we wanted. My wife recently passed and I wanted a new tattoo to express some of my grief. I went back to The Ink Spot. Shawn was exceptional. I brought an idea, he listened, he made suggestions and his work is beautiful. I am so very grateful. The Ink Spot is beautifully clean, all the staff were welcoming and kind (thank you Cynthia) and I felt in good hands throughout.
