Alain was great in helping me understand what was going on with my basement. Even after the sale he was so responsive sometimes getting back to me within minutes! As for the job, the guys showed up on the day that they were scheduled and did immaculate work which took them the estimated two days. They took pictures as they went along which was great. J.R. Was professional and explained what they were doing or had done as the project progressed and finished. Phill and Juanito seemed to never stop and they were so very pleasant. Poor Juanito was not at all comfortable with my dogs but he still had a smile on his face every time I saw him! Thanks for the great work guys!
We hired the foundation guys to do a repair on a wall and add a sump pump. I called them with an urgency and they were there within a few days to discuss They also were able to schedule me in within a week of meeting with them to complete the work They are very accommodating gave us many options to choose from and are very knowledgable and professional I would highly recommend this company
Just had the yearly Sump pump maintenance done by Kegan. Excellent service and went above and beyond a routine service call. Highly recommended.
