They destroyed my leather jacket and refused to offer compensation.

I dropped my jacket off to have it cleaned, when it was returned it was shrunken and severely discoloured. The manager gave me the run-around and refused to take my calls for 2 months and then denied responsibility for the damage.

A horrible experience, avoid this place! Really expensive dry cleaning (almost $60 for 2 suits and a shirt). Shirt came back all wrinkled. One suit lapel was incorrectly pressed and didn't set properly on the jacket and the other jacket was wrinkled.Dropping off and picking my clothes was a unpleasant experience as well, seems like the employee doesn't like her job I guess.

Horrible service. The employee was extremely unprofessional and raised her voice when I questioned why my clothes were not ready on the date they have provided me. Turns out she barely looked and then after her outburst checked again and found my clothes. Ultimately she was going to send me home without my order when the clothes were there the whole time. She then continued her aggressive behavior and chucked it on the rack so I could grab it. There was no apology for the mistake and it appears that she was not in the mood to serve me. I was astonished at her behavior towards a paying client.I would not recommend this dry cleaning service to anyone that appreciates customer service and timely delivery.
