Very disappointed with how my baby was treated. She's just a puppy and they had me give her trazadone. They charged me a behavioral fee. Not every dog will sit on the table like a statue, especially a puppy! They said she would have a hard life if she continued to act like this. My dog was groomed at another salon today and she was so relaxed and fell asleep on the table WITHOUT trazadone. I'm beside myself and heartbroken that I even took my baby here.
I've never had such good service as with The Barking Barber. My dog loves going and always comes out looking great! Not only are Carolyn and the team good at what they do, they always go above and beyond to make sure my dog is well taken care of. Cannot recommend enough!
I was able to bring my cat in to Lisa on short notice for a nail trim. Lisa was responsive, gentle and professional. I was invited to take part in the appointment by viewing through on open window. I’m looking forward to future apportionments here!
