Did a Bachata class for my bachelorette and we loved Nadege! She made the class fun and approachable. Most of us had no dance experience. Everything was coordinated easily by email. Will definitely look for a way to return to Studio X in the future!
I had such a great experience taking the beginner salsa class. I honestly couldn’t believe how much progress I and everyone else made over the 8-week course. It was such a fun, welcoming, and accepting environment, and I’m excited to continue with the intermediate session next!
Nadege and Soul are so energetic and motivating! Their Zumba classes have a real party atmosphere - coloured lights, fun music, chandalier! - and you get a great workout without it feeling like a grind. Very ADHD friendly!
