The snow "removal" operator didn't even bother to put the snow on the lawns on either side of the driveway shared by two houses west of our place, but dumped it untidily in the street. The operator "removed" two parking spaces in the Glebe, which is very short of on street parking. I had cleared the snowbanks from in front of our driveway before running errands, but when I came back, that pile of snow had been pushed into our driveway by a large vehicle that was trying to get close to the curb.

Would not recommend based on my experience. Damaged caused to property and snow dumped in an area I asked them to avoid. When confronted with the issues the owner Kevin decided to cancel the contract rather than find an amicable solution.

Damaged items in our yard during snow clearing and will not return our calls about it. Didn't show up to clear the show until late at night after it snowed. Not once was the driveway ever clear in time to go to work in the morning, always ended up shovelling it myself.
