Excellent service from speedy. One of my tires was indicating low pressure. I stopped in to see if they could take a look at it for me. I did not have an appointment. They took my car into the bay, removed the tire and did various checks on it including submerging in water to look for leaks. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks.
Usually auto mechanics are by appointment, but this speedy does both appointments and walk-ins. I called this morning and they were kind as well as helpful on the phone giving me an accurate estimate of the wait time (which was zero wait time). Wesley was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during the check in and check out experience. Kristen, the mechanic who worked on my car, did a quick and efficient job on my oil change. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely go back again!
Excellent service from Mike and the team! I stopped by Speedy Ottawa West as I could smell exhaust while driving. The technician immediately checked my exhaust system and it turned out to be a leak in the front flex pipe. I left my car for the day and the work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The staff are all friendly and professional. Great experience! I would highly recommend this location.
