The staff is so professional, patient and calm. While Iwas waiting, an eldery gentleman was about to get his bloodwork done but was unaware he had to fast, the staff remained positive, calm and patient towards that man. I had my blood drawn and i am very sensitive and scare of needles but (the employee who pricked my arm was so precise, gentle and fast) i didn't feel a thing.
The centre itself is fine, aside from long wait times for the child’s dentist office in the afternoons. PSA; beware of the parking , the company “indigo” claims 30 minutes of free parking but lock you in and force your hand to pay $4.00 after only 15 minutes. You press the button and they say “our system shows only 15 minutes free… oh ya.?! Why does your sign say otherwise. Sounds like entrapment scheme to me… So basically lack of reliable/quality parking , I’d recommend parking at Elmvale Shopping Centre and walk over or have someone drop you off.
This is a specific review for Dr Yee and staff in Suite 208 at the Smyth Medical Centre. 5/5 stars on every aspect and level measurable from the customer service, testing, prognosis, and solutions going forward. Would highly recommend.
