I showed up way late today (well past closing time) but Ross still waited for me and gave me an amazing cut. All I ever have to say is “make me look good” and he delivers every time. Best barbershop in town!

I’ve visited several hair salons in Ottawa, and I was always disappointed with the result. But this time, it was truly a surprise for me — finally, someone who managed to make me happy with my haircut. I’m so glad I found someone who truly understands what I want. My partner was in a time-desperate need for a head and beard shave/trim (a wedding we were attending was the next day and due to a cancelled flight, we lost a day of doing errands in preparation for it). We originally tried to do a walk in at another place in the market, but they had no time available and suggested we try out Silver Fox instead. With a hope and a prayer, we showed up about 20 minutes before close. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us.
