I live about 40 minutes west of Ottawa and in 2008 - I purchased a hot tub from Purewater. Through the years, I have replaced a few minor things and Vinnie the service tech, was incredibly helpful in providing knowledge and expertise free of charge. This past summer, I experienced a more serious issue, with the breaker being tripped constantly. I went with a local spa repair company, only because of the distance. They were not professional or organized, nor did they seem to have knowledge and/or experience to solve the issue. After reaching out again to Vinnie, who offered some suggestions before I booked their service call. I was able to get our hot tub up and running again. I could not have done that without his advice and his knowledge. A person really does get what they pay for. In my experience, Purewater is highly professional and they value a customer for years beyond the initial purchase. I could not recommend them more!
Recently purchased an Artesian Antigua from Purewater. First impression was with Chris in the showroom and he impressed us by being polite about his competition, knowledgeable about his product and also our previous model of spa, and also with his patience and comfort on letting us leave and following up with information. After sales contact was with Emily who arranged our delivery and setup. Emails were well timed and detailed and made us feel like we were important even after the cheque had cleared. The setup team was awesome. Took the time to make sure we had a good place for the tub prepared and also that we had considered things like step orientation and the cover opening direction. From start to finish we were impressed with the staff from Purewater. Only had the tub itself for a week but so far it has been awesome as well.
