From the first time I stepped into Pro Physio on Greenbank and was greeted by Helena at the front desk, I knew I was home. I see physiotherapist Emma for my neck and shoulders. Not only is Emma knowledgeable, professional, supportive, very highly skilled, she is also very easy to work with. Mahima rounds off the caring team that I have come to depend on. I highly recommend this clinic.
The good news starts in the parking lot where they have free spots in a paid lot. The staff are friendly and caring from the receptionist to the physiotherapist and the assistants. You can book appointments in advance and get reminders by text and email or both. The exercises they give you are available on line either videos to ensure you are doing them correctly.
The service is excellent here but most importantly proficient in improving my health, specifically my knee functions. Physiotherapist and all stuff is professional and friendly in nature. Highly recommended!
