I've had the pleasure of dealing with Zac and his team on a few occasions. First time was with our furnace, Zac had his team at our place the same day to assess and it took just a replacement part to fix. This time, it's our air conditioner and again Zac himself showed up, had the issue resolved within minutes. Unlike others, in both occasions, he did not try to sell me more than I needed.
