Excellent, love this store. The staff are always friendly There is always something that I like to see because not all stores carry it. Perfect place, to shop with your pets.

Went here instead of Pet Valu because they were having a sale on a certain food which worked out fine; however, I forgot their policies are not like Pet Valu, or other pet stores (and Google is incorrect in stating that they do have the same policies) because another item I purchased to try out my cat does not like, and had I gone to any other pet store I could have returned it with zero issue, PetSmart does not let you return items that are not toys or enclosures. I haven't shopped here in a few years and had recently thought about going back given I had a pleasant experience when I went to the store; however, this inconvenience has cemented that I will only be... read full review
