I had my first doggy spa today and it was pawesome! I was a little scared at first but Kate was nice and gentle with me, she’s a great doggy hooman. She gave me a bath, brushed my teeth and gave me a mani pedi. I gave her kisses to thank her for my special day and she gave me a treat! I can’t wait to see her again. Thank you Kate and everyone at Petsmart, they are so friendly 😊

Had my dog there for his grooming. My dog was very excited and the groomer Anna did a wonderful job in calming him down and making sure that my dog gets the best treatment. When it was time to pick my dog, my dog was very excited and happy as he had a wonderful time and was looking handsome. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Love the location, the staff are pleasant in assisting pet owners for exactly what our pets need. The take the time to go over over dog foods, treats, other products. What I love the most is they take weekly orders for a consistent supply. They also have a loyalty program plus take Airmiles which is a total bonus for us point collectors. If you're unsure you pet will like the dog food, they offer samples to try. My puppy's favorite toy is from PetSmart Orleans on Tenth Line Rd.
