Since a couple of years ago when I moved to Ottawa I have taken my car for all services to Otto Subaru, I have always received an excellent services from service center. This time I had to go to bay back my leased Subaru when I really had to go through hard time to get someone from finance department to help. I was so confused and desperate when a wonderful gentleman from sales team, James Hubard, stepped in voluntarily to help. he went out of his way to ensure my request is taken care of. I recently purchased a used Car from Otto's. My entire experience thought the process from start to finish has been positive. Sami and Daniel were great help getting me the car and addressing my questions. The service department was very receptive and helpful, I had good help from SJ, Elizabeth and Carla. I would recommend Otto's to anyone looking for a used Subaru, as it was seemless.
