Was moving my son in terrible Winter weather and my windshield wipers froze onto the windshield and before I realized they were frozen, the Windshield system check up light flashed on the dash. Crap! I contacted the Otto's service team and they asked me to just bring in my X3 the next morning for the Otto's Service team to check it out quickly. I stopped in and the Service team looked at it right away and sure enough, it was only a fuse. Fixed me up and sent me on my way quickly. Huge thanks to the Otto's Service team! Recently purchased a near-new BMW X3 M40i from Otto’s BMW, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Despite it being a pre-owned vehicle, the team made the entire process feel like I was driving a brand-new car off the lot. Negotiations were straightforward and easy, received an above-fair market value for my trade-in, which was a huge plus.
