Yasmin and Zuher are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their store, the Ottawa Sewing Centre, to service your sewing machines and purchase them! I'm pleased with the service and repair Zuher has done on my machines (sewing and serger). Yasmin provides personalized service when looking at the machines. She patiently and easily explained the differences between the various models they have. I was unsure of which one to purchase, one that would meed my needs, and ended up buying one that is the best fit for me.
