Exceptional physiotherapist—highly recommended! I genuinely love working with Himanshu. He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also kind, attentive, and fully committed to helping you heal and thrive. Every session feels purposeful and personalized, and I always leave feeling better—physically, mentally, and even emotionally. It is surprisingly enjoyable (yes, even when it hurts a little!). If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows their stuff, Himanshu is the one.

I want to commend Kirstie Gillanders for the excellent treatment she recently provided to me.
Two days before I was to leave for a European vacation, I suffered unexpected sharp lower back/hip pain.
Kirstie fit me into her schedule and gave me very effective treatment that alleviated the pain. She also gave me some exercises to do while on vacation to prevent the pain from coming back. It did not recur at all during my vacation!
Kirstie is first class, dedicated and focused on achieving excellent outcomes.
I would recommend her to anyone.
