Ali is simply a master of his craft. I always walk out with a quality haircut and for a great price ($25 + tip). While you can always be a walk in, I prefer to call ahead and book a spot.
It must be about 10 years now that I've been going to Ali for my haircuts. He is meticulous about his work, very polite and professional, and a friendly guy who also grows a number of interesting plants in his shop windows. (N.B. small shop, no credit cards accepted here).
Ali is a great, low key barber with good attention to detail and reasonable prices. The shop is always clean and there is a good selection of magazines to keep you entertained. He will also take reservations over the phone. My son and I have been going there for many years. Even the plants are happy in the shop :)
