Stay far away if at all possible. I booked Never2Clean to do a new occupancy clean and it was a horrible, horrible experience. I went with this company because my wife's coworker had a positive experience, and there was a get 1 hour free promotion off a 4 hour clean. Seemed like a no brainer. To book was simple, I filled out a form online and the next day someone contacted me via email, easy peasy. I was supposed to have a 4 hour clean, and 2.5 hours in I came by the house to let the maid know not to worry about locking up. To my surprise the house was empty. No maid, and even worse the place had looked like it hadn't been cleaned. We are talking black mold... read full review
