We had Trevor come out to help us with a bird's nest that managed to get into our soffit. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Not only did he remove the nest, he fixed up the soffit well so it doesn't happen again and cleaned up the surrounding area too. He also flagged some other, unrelated issues he noticed while he was up there so we could get them fixed before they become bigger issues over time.
