Kumar & Heidi were amazing to deal with. We had things set up to help my mom. They were fabulous. Due to some changes in health and moving out of her home, we did not use the services as long as I would have liked to, but the care, concern and complete understanding was incredible. All they want to do is help and make sure everyone is happy and safe.
We are very pleased with this service. The ladies, Ireen and Aghogho, spend time with my parents and are very helpful with household tasks as well as being good company for them. They are helpful, kind, and compassionate. Everything you would want from someone who is helping to look after your loved ones.
I really cannot say enough about the compassion and creative problem solving I found when working with the management at MyPlace. Kumar and his team are ready to assist 24/7.
