On my second round of visits to Motion Matters for some physio, cannot say enough about previous help from James, and now Donna, (and also Soheila at the front always goes the extra mile!!! sometimes it's the little things :)
I’ve been a patient at Motion Matters for some time now, primarily seeing Donna as my physiotherapist. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking physiotherapy services.
The therapists are attentive to their patients’ needs, use a variety of treatment modalities, and truly take the time to provide individualized care. I especially appreciate the thorough assessments before beginning treatment, rather than jumping straight into it.
I’ve consistently had positive results from Donna’s care and feel confident in the treatment I receive. Highly recommend Motion Matters!
I've been doing Pilates with Emily and I can already feel a real improvement in my posture! Her attention to detail and cues really helps me stay focused on the movement and mind/muscle connection. Highly recommend!
