The only updates I can make to my reviews are the dates my vehicle is serviced. I receive the same awesome service every time I go in. I’m never upsold and I’m always treated with respect. The Bank street location is amazing. I take both my wife’s vehicle plus my own for all repairs and maintenance work. Gregg and Alex at the front desk are knowledgeable and respectful. I’ve had the privilege of dealing with both on my multiple visits. Abdu has always done fantastic work on our vehicles and lets me know what to pay attention to after a repair. I can't say enough good things about the guys at Midas - Bank Street. I have had three different vehicles serviced there over the years. The service is second to none. They have been fair and honest with their evaluations, and advice. On one occasion they went above and beyond with a custon muffler job (long story lol),saving me significant dollars. This shop may be Ottawa South's best kept secret.... lol. Keep up the great work guys.
It’s been about a year since my last 5 star review… without doubt, this shop and this team remains the best.
They’re always looking for ways to be helpful and creative while delivering at a very high standard, unlike far too many shops who only think about squeezing every last nickel out of you the minute you darken their doors.
Take your wheels there first (I have absolutely zero association with them beyond being a customer) and prove me wrong.
