Dan was my saviour!!! After Myers on Robertson failed to put my tires on November 30, 2023. The following day, I went door to door, garage to garage seeking for someone to put on my winter tires as the deadline for Quebec was December 1, 2023. After hours of going door to door, I found Dan Meineke shop on carling ave. I went in and thought i would need to beg and pay double the price for a last minute tire change. But to my surprise Dan greeted me politely and asked me how he could be of service. I asked if he could squeeze me in for a tire change. He said he sure could. I was at the Meineke shop on Carling Avenue yesterday for a wheel alignment on my vehicle and was politely advised by Dan in about half of an hour later that one of the ball joints needed to be replaced before the alignment could be done. The inspection charge at this shop was much less compared to a shop i went to in the past. I have booked another appointment with Dan to take the car back the alignment. Very efficient service and very good price.

I was greeted with kindness and consideration, such a smooth experience, and very grateful having no appointment for a tire change I was not turned away. Not only were my tires changed very satisfactorily, my brakes were also checked without any extra charge and a follow-up appointment booked for the near future. Car care centre is a good description for this place. Customer safety is obviously their top priority. I will be back regularly and loyally.
