I hired MDK Renovations for a basement upgrade. Matt was hired for a bathroom and kitchen renovation. He installed all new tile, cabinets, and countertops in the kitchenette. The basement bathroom was a total gut. He replaced the old bathtub with a tiled stand up shower, new vanity install and tile throughout! I love all the work that was done. His work is neat and meticulous. He was always professional and timely! Thank you MDK for your work!

Given our previous experiences with MDK we requested Matt to renovate our basement in the spring of 2023 and couldn't be happier with the outcome. As always, Matt is great to work with, is extremely professional, on time, does what he says he will do and always takes that extra step to explain everything to us to confirm our understanding of what needs to be done to provide us with comfort. A very different experience vs working with the large contracting companies - we will definitely be using MDK again for future jobs at our house.
