This was the best massage I had ever had!! Paid attention to detail and time. Showed me where my chronic back pain and tense muscle was, showed me what to buy and exercises at home. The pain released and I felt amazing!!! He was serious about getting me off the pain medication I was prescribed few days prior to my appointment and he did. I was able to stop taking that night. I can't wait for my next massage where I can actually relax and enjoy my self care relaxation. Highly recommend!!!

I had an incredible experience with Jesse at Massage Addict. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had! He really listened, targeted all the areas I needed, and maintained perfect pressure throughout the entire session. I left feeling relaxed, pain-free, and totally recharged. Will definitely be back! 10/10

Massage addict - Jona is my massage therapist he is a good listener, effective communicator, and educates about relevant issues such as where pain originates from and exercises to address issues between massage appointments. I give Jona a 10 out of 10 and have recommended him to my family and friends in Ottawa.
