I had a fantastic experience with Lorelli this week. I am really impressed with the level of communication I had with them, the honest and fair way they addressed my car issues, and how friendly each person I interacted with was. I will absolutely be recommending Lorelli to my friends and family, and will be a returning customer!

Lorelli’s came by recommendation of several other mechanics.
I was in contact with Claudio and he was so thorough and responsive with the logistics of my situation and respectful and honest in his dealings with me.
He was very transparent about pricing and in explaining to me about what I *needed* to do versus what would be good to do but not necessary.
I can’t comment much on the mechanical work itself because I’m a Luddite in that regard but my car seems to be working very well and it passed safety :)
