I had the most UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING experience at the Linen Chest on Iris Street, in Ottawa. I was visiting from Toronto and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with such a warm smile asking how I am? The chivalry and elegance of customer service is back because of the spectacular and fabulous Luke! He went out of his way (literally climbed a ladder twice) to ensure I had what I needed and just was an absolute delight all around! In conversation with his lovely staff I found out he is an assistant manager and that is when I knew why the staff was also so fabulous, when you have a great leader everyone will follow suit! I love to shop at Linen Chest ,I like to change my bedspread seasonly and there no better place to get my bed spreads than Linen Chest ,the staff is always helpful and gracious,I visited the St.Laurent and the Iris stores and I found everything I was looking for and a great price.Thank you for a great experience
