I was quoted $30 for a kids cut with wash and blow-dry. Why did I still end up paying $60 with the tip? I believe they either lied and/or took advantage of me for being nice. The wash took 5mins. The cut took 20min. I won't be going back. I hope others won't be ripped off like I was. I'm disappointed, not mad. They seemed like nice people there. Edit to add: they never said anything about charging for curls. I stated the last time my kid got her hair cut they curled it for free because she is a kid and they were being nice. Just like I was being nice with a tip.

Erbelina cut my hair. She made it better than I ever dreamed and the whole experience was very relaxing as she was very gentle and kind throughout. Loved the end results and will definitely come back again.
