I don’t usually write reviews, but I had an exceptionally great experience at La Crystal. There was a young man that works there, serving an elderly lady, and he went above and beyond to chat with her, help her walk, getting on the floor and helping her put her socks and her boots back on- even walking her to her car (where her family member was waiting). It was so heartwarming and obvious how much it was very important for him to ensure her comfort and wellbeing. Where it was my first visit, it was clear to me that she was a frequent regular and knew all the staff. Even the nail artist doing my nails was frequently looking up, making sure she was being well taken care of. My nails were also perfect - My nail artist was charming, answered all my questions, and frequently checked in, asking me questions for me to customize my nails just how I wanted them. The salon was also breezy and refreshing- not an overwhelming product smell. I’m extremely impressed, and I will definitely be returning.

Thank you Minh for my beautiful manicure and pedicure today. Lots of colours to choose from and the massage chairs are absolutely amazing! Great & friendly staff, great experience! Will definitely be coming back ♥️

I stand by this Spa ! The owner is absolutely amazing and understanding , last visit wasn’t great but she was more than accommodating , fixed the mistake previously made and gave me truly beautiful nails ! Will continue to come here ❤️
