Kevin was an absolute pro and great to work with. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it true to the time he gave me, couldn't be happier. Super friendly and a good guy. Would recommend him without reservation!

The plumber came and checked the issue before without any charge. Showed us the problem and then went out and got the parts. Was able to get a discount as the parts was not too much. Work was done professionally and with care. Great service and excellent price. Would recommend to anyone in the Ottawa region!!

Kevin made the correct call about the cause of a mystery leak in our basement during a consultation a while back, and he then did a great job of fixing the problem! He also installed a new kitchen faucet that's made our kitchen so much more functional. Kevin also took the time to give us sound advice around our various plumbing questions - he has a wealth of knowledge.I found Kevin to be skilled, professional, and patient and to conduct himself with such grace in stressful situations. I will be seeking him out for our plumbing work in the future!
