An issue happened with my break pad replacement and when informed about it, the matter was resolved in a timely and professional manner. Mistakes could happen to anyone. So, will definitely consider going back.

Nothing but good things to say about Kal Tire. Grand Falls NL last summer and Ottawa Ontario this year. Able to get an appointment same day we had an emergency tire problem on our rv and repairs and new tire completed within a couple of hours. Staff at both places from phonecalls through to tire work couldnt have been more pleasant and efficient.

I contacted Kaylie at the Sheffield location after I found a leak in my 6 year old tires.
Kaylie sent me 3 quotes and I went with Roadx rxmotion 4s1.
While the team was replacing my tires they found that my brakes could use a tuneup so I went with that service as well for a very reasonable price.
The new tires are working very well and the brakes aren’t making any noise while driving anymore.
I no longer having a rhythmic tire noise I had with my old tires which gives me peace of mind.
Kaylie explained the Customer Carr Plan that gives me peace of mind moving forward.
Thanks!
