It’s the only Kal tire location in Ottawa that I trust. They’re upfront and professional. Helpful staff. Price-matched for new tires and steel rims. Other non-tire mechanical services are reliable too. And a nice place to sit and work while you wait.
I had a flat tire but was able to make it to work. I called KAL Tire to see if they could fit me in the same day, and they quickly made room for me. They inspected my tires, found the nail, repaired it, topped up the air in the rest of the tires, and had me back on the road in no time.
I always go to KAL Tire for anything related to my tires, and they consistently deliver great service. The team is quick to resolve issues, always polite and professional, and their pricing is excellent. I highly recommend this location if you need a tire repair or are looking to purchase new tires.
SERVICE IS FIRST RATE! They are excellent about getting you in as quickly as possible, get you in on time, and have lots of bays and staff to work quickly. They're even good about warrantee work (in my experience, actually getting warrantee service *at all* at other places can be a problem). Their staff are helpful & knowledgeable; there are coffee, comfy chairs, and washrooms in the waiting area; and it's easily accessible off the 417 (though a little tricky to find off Sheffield the first time). We will continue to be loyal customers!
