Jim is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and committed to ensure that he does everything in his power to solve the problem. He takes his time to explain all of the issues and provides recommendations on the way forward. In all of my conversations with Jim, I always knew that his priority was to do a great job, explain the pros and cons, so that the customer can make an informed decision. Jim is a diamond in the rough amongst mechanics. Highly recommended!

Found Jim’s shop online, and decided to go with him to get my Safety Inspection. I called in advance to book. He asked me for more information about the vehicle and my name.When I came in, he had everything jotted down, and perfectly organized on paper — which I greatly appreciated.Wait time was long, which I was expecting. No different than a Canadian Tire.Turned out that my car needed repairs. However, Jim was quick to point out why, and also showed me pictures of the fixes that needed to be done.I agreed, and he was quick to get the breaks and rusty rotors fixed up.Honestly, a very pleasant, kind, and professional mechanic. I had my tires switched to summer, got a spring checkup and learned one and eventually a second job will need to be done. Jim Dickinson is on top of what my car needed (spring checkup) and the future aforementioned needs. He knows my car and it’s nice to know in advance what I’m up against.
