Always a great cut. Staff is friendly and professional. I appreciate that the stylists are paid a good wage. They have a policy of no tipping. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience at Jet Black! First time having my hair cut in 3yrs and I booked with Izzy for a shag/wolfcut. She was very friendly and honest with what I would be able to achieve with my current hair. I had some very split ends and she gave me a realistic amount of length I was able to keep and it made the cut look so much better and my hair feels healthier. Very knowledgeable and shared some useful tips on how to style my cut so it looks salon fresh! Definitely will be coming back! They even offer bang touch ups between cuts🤩

I love coming here. I have been coming for two years and I love my stylist. I have difficult hair and have made stylists cry. My stylist matched my natural hair colour and I get braids done every visit. The staff is amazing and the owner is a sweetheart.

I adore my stylist, I always feel completely at ease in her chair and she understands exactly what I want and need every single time.
