I don’t normally trust dealerships or mechanics, as I had bad experiences in the past. I took a chance and brought my 4Runner to Japan Auto to have some suspension work done. They were honest and got the work done along with inspecting the car for other issues and concerns that I mentioned. All I can say is that they’ve earned my trust and was happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to bring my vehicles to this garage in the future. Thanks Frank!

Just got the timing belt and water pump done by them on a 00 toyota 4runner. Amazing price (more than half the dealer cost) and my truck is running like new. These guys go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Will definitely be back for any repairs needed on my Japanese vehicles.
