Amazing team and service. I highly recommend Japan Auto Service!! They are professional, super talented friendly, efficient and overall amazing. Frank is great and helpful, he provides awesome recommendations. The team that worked on my car, did a greater job, they were Ali and Shaheen. Very efficient! If your car needs repairs or servicing, these guys are great!
I have had work done on my odyssey twice now. What i appreciate most is the level of professionalism. The owner gave me a written explanation of services on the receipt, answered my questions. I left feeling like I understood the true condition of my vehicle better. Prices are fair and well communicated.
This has been my go-to place for service for six years. They take care of my car well and are reasonable. Only thing is you need to email for appointments - they don't return voicemail messages or pick up the phone.
