Great experience with my new physiotherapist Sneha. Had a bad neck resulting from too much time spent at the computer, and couldn’t solve the problem on my own. After a few sessions with Sneha, my neck is no longer bothering me. The sessions are hands-on, and focused on loosening muscles that have been too tight for a long time. Prescribed exercises are very effective for adding strength where needed. Couldn't be more satisfied.
I have worked with Sneha regarding knee pain & decreased mobility. I am extremely happy to have great success & able to resume previous activities with exercises to help maintain. Very nice quiet space, convenient location, lots of parking.
When I first came to Integrated Touch, I was in terrible pain in my lower back. I was met with kindness and care at the very beginning, and I always like coming back for follow-ups. It's a good experience coming in to the clinic - it's a pleasant, clean, open and bright space, and everyone is always so welcoming! I appreciate the calm and friendly atmosphere that Sneha creates, and her kindness in listening, and expertly treating my back and hip issues. She also makes personalized stretching exercises for me that have helped me so much, and now I've been gaining back my strength and ability to be more active.
