August 24th-2017 service used for my late father Jean Chabot, see post below as we used them again for my mother Jacqueline Chabot-LapointeThis is one of the best Funeral homes in the Ottawa Area. Always completely professional and makes sure that you are happy with every detail from Alastair, Sharon to Patrick who take the time to greet you and check up on the service being provided. I am so impressed with this location! From Patrick, Sharon, Alisister, Kirk, Bob, Mathew and Laura, even the receptionist! My mom and dad had a prepaid funeral package and they knocked it out of the park. Respectful, empathetic, unbelievably prompt with calls and service. My father passed away in August 2017 and my mother one month after and everything went so smoothly. Patrick and Sharon come out to greet you and make sure that the church service and reception is perfect. Laura helps you with the after care program. My husband I went in there yesterday to get some information about the available services and the associated costs and they refused to give us a final price without taking all kind of info about us, and the deceased. While we were meeting with the director she left the room to "get some papers from the printer" and 25 minutes later she returns saying the body was in their care!!! Obviously we were shocked and appalled that somehow the sentence "we are here to get information" was translated into "you have given us permission to bring the body into our care, and now you owe us money".
