Both of our parents have been taken into the care of HP&G. Five stars do not seem enough to recognize the empathy, diligence, service and, above all, professionalism demonstrated by the people of the central chapel.Thank you so much for being here for us.
Just had a celebration of life at the St. Laurant location. Could not be happier with the staff and amenities. The directors were perfect, respectful, helpful and willing to assist in any tiny detail to make the event as perfect as possible.The arrangements were made 22 years ago. We went there when one grandparent passed 11 years ago. The past two week we were there for the other grandparent. Perhaps through serendipity we met with the original contract writer, Don Renault from 22 years ago! He could not have been more helpful or understanding.
Terrible service, confused staff, did not contact Service Canada for over a month resulting in CPP/OAS payments having to be repaid, did not contact bank even though David Craig told me that it was definitely part of their services. $6000 for cremation and an urn, no other service provided. Go somewhere else. If not for Stacey, who seems like the only competent person there, I would give 0 stars.
