Shay was great and gave us an amazing price. The technician was really thorough, patient, and did a great job. He cleaned out a lot of debris accumulated over the decades. We find it so much easier to breathe and we will be sure to rebook Home Depot every 5 years.
I recently booked an air duct cleaning service through Home Depot, which was performed by their vendor, Stream Dry Canada, and overall I am pleased with the experience.
The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Signing up was straightforward, scheduling and booking the appointment was easy, and communication leading up to the service was excellent.
On the day of the appointment, the three-person team arrived right on time. They were professional, courteous and reviewed the # of vents included in the quoted service and inform upfront that any additional vents would be charged extra.

Max showed up with a very professional attitude by introducing himself and explained in detail how he would complete the service. He paid close attention to detail so that he would not damage walls or any of our furniture while moving his hoses throughout the house. We were very impressed with the before and after pictures as well! Thank you again!
