I have tried many message therapist for many years however, my experience at this clinic has been great. I come in for regular deep tissue message therapy and Graston technique message to loosen up scar tissue in the neck, shoulder and back area. I am very happy with the results and I highly recommend this clinic is clean, organized and the staff is experienced ,Knowledgeable and helpful with their treatments.

I like to take regular massages due to my work. I visit Sarthak at this location and he is the best in Deep tissue massage. He also gives me suggestions on how to take care of the body long term showing me some excellent stretches which helped me. If you live in Ottawa I highly recommend you to visit Sarthak at this location.The only reason for 4 star and not 5 star is I am looking for leg massage that I took in india which made my legs feel light which means after the massage when i stand up I can literally fall thats how light my legs felt. I haven’t found this type of massage here yet. It certainly should be a deep tissue for legs but again did not get that experience

Personally i have not visited the clinic, Sarthak one of the team mates was on a trip to india, he was in jaipur and staying at my air bnb.He met us and mentioned about his profession.My mother is suffering from early stages of Knee OAHe recommended few exercises and stretches, my mother is regularly following it she is in such great relief.Kudos to Sarthak and his knowledge which he shared with so much patience as my mum is not very fluent in english.
