Hassan was a pleasure to deal with. We had a snow plow strike our hydro meter and needed an electrician in a hurry. Hassan was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Ali, from H&R, is quite possibly the kindest repair person I have ever engaged with for any service. While he repaired my electrical issue super efficiently, he also responded so empathetically to my need for continued indoor masking and my mobility issues. Ali, insisted on popping up and down the stairs to find different things he needed, so as to limit my strain (even helping me rummage around for a lightbulb he needed at one point), insisting on vacuuming a lightbulb that popped (cleaning out my vacuum before and after), and repeatedly asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving.
