My company tried for almost 2 weeks to get a quote from Guardian. They wouldn't return any calls, and when I finally got through to someone in person, I started explaining what I needed but she cut me off and forwarded me to someone's voicemail. I hung up, called back and the same woman put me on hold for more than 15 minutes. I hung up. We regularly ship crates of furniture overseas. I guess our tens of thousands of dollars worth of business isn't needed by Guardian. Oh well. I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.
