There are no words that can express how grateful I am for this clinic and all the services that Lina has provided. I started going there in the fall of 2021 with bad shoulder and neck pain. By then I had seen a chiropractor and osteopath and done all the recommended exercises. Though I did see improvement the pain plateaued and wasn’t fully healing. Lina then gave me a combination of messages, needling and simple/quick daily exercises. I couldn’t believe how QUICKLY I made a full recovery following these treatments. Maria is a top notch massage therapist her techniques are exactly what I need very strong when needed as well as precise and gentle and a very good listener and also doesn't mind taking a bit of direction absolutely my fave person to see and I've tried many all over Ontario

Lina my physio is amazing she brought me back from years of being locked in debilitating pain. It took me along time, but she was so patient with me always helping me to understand why my body was in pain and either gently working my trigger points or giving me exercises to relieve the pain.
