Choosing Action Restoration was easy; they replied promptly to our request, were prepared to provide the new garage flooring this year and their price was comparable. They did the job punctually and staff was very polite. Patrick was present to answer our questions and provide information about matters we had not thought of. He was familiar with the issues with the clay soil and discovered a hole in our garage foundation we had never known existed. Top notch service and a pretty new garage flooring. It's now ten days since the job was completed (In accordance with the schedule) and we are set to start using the garage full time with our car.

Action Restoration recently did work on the stone foundation on a 120-year-old home. The plan was to re-insulate the basement to help, but first the foundation needed to be solidified. The owner, Pat, came by the house in a timely manner, gave impressions of the situation, proposed a plan and gave a free estimate with a reasonable price point for the work. Marc, the primary mason, did exceptional work - he has years of masonry experience, takes pride in his work and was very tidy and thorough. There were surprises along the way, but Action Restoration went above and beyond to resolve the issues, and the upstairs floor is now amazingly warm.
Customers praise Action Restoration for their commitment, expertise, respect, and for being there to help, not to take advantage. They receive 5-star ratings across the board for communication, professionalism, quality of work, cleanliness, and overall experience.

Action Restoration recently did work on the stone foundation on my 120-year-old home. My first floor was cold and the dishwasher pipe froze when it was minus 20 outside. The plan was to re-insulate the basement to help, but first the foundation needed to be solidified. Pat (owner) came by the house in a timely manner, gave me his impressions of the situation, proposed a plan and gave me a free estimate with a reasonable price point for the work. Marc was the primary mason on my job and he did exceptional work – He has years of masonry experience, takes pride in his work and was very tidy and thorough.
There were surprises along the way (e.g., missing chunks of foundation as a result of previous retrofits) and things beyond the actual foundation (unpatched holes in the bottom exterior walls). Action Restoration went above and beyond to resolve my issues and it is amazing how warm the upstairs floor is now!
I cannot say enough about how rare and pleasant it is working with a company that follows through on commitments, answers when you call, 30+ years of expertise, respectful of clients, and, most importantly, human beings that are there to help you, not to take advantage.
I give Action Restoration a solid 5-star rating across the board: Communication: 5 stars; Professionalism: 5 stars; Quality of the work: 5 stars; Cleanliness: 5 stars; Overall Experience: 5 stars.
Patrick and his team did an amazing job putting together a concrete base/slab for our gazebo last week. Very happy with the work done and the friendliness and professionalism. Thanks again! Highly recommended!
