Having come to your store often for several years, it is time that I express all my gratitude for Maggie and Kiren who works so hard to please customers.
It is rare today to have staff who are both very competent in the field and warm with each of their clients.
Being both an artist and creating personal floral arrangements, I appreciate their great knowledge in the field. The variety of foliage and flowers looks beautiful in your store.
Participating in the upcoming Ikebana exhibition at the Japanese Embassy on the weekend of June 1-2, 2024, Maggie and Kiren are going to great lengths to obtain the foliage or flowers I will need.
You have in your hands two precious and rare gems that deserve to be treated with great appreciation from their employers.
Even if it's not easy to find, I hope that at least one other employee could help them. Kiren and Maggie always have a smile and good humor but as a customer, I can sense that their situation is quite stressful.
I hope that the management can reward them for their perfect work - for example with a salary increase or other benefits for them.

Coming often to your shop for several years, it is time I express my gratitude for Maggie and Kiren who work so hard to please customers.

Today, it is quite unusual to have staff who are at the same time experienced and friendly with each customer.
Being an artist, and making my own flower arrangements, I really appreciate their broad knowledge in that field. Variety of foliages and flowers is magnificent in your shop.
Being a participant at the next Ikebana exhibit at the Japanese embassy in June 1st and 2nd, 2024, Maggie and Kiren make considerable efforts to obtain foliage and flowers I will need.
You as owner are very fortunate to have two precious pearls in your hands, Kiren and Maggie, and they certainly deserve to be treated with much appreciation from their employer.
Even if it is not found to find the right staff today, I hope at least another worker would be there to help them. Kiren and Maggie are always in a good mood but as a customer, I am able to feel their working conditions are pretty much stressful.
I hope they will be rewarded for their perfect work - for example by a raise of salary or other advantages for them.
Congratulations for managing your shop which is such a resource of plants and flowers for people like me having special needs.
