I went in today to see if they would do an adjustment on a pair of sunglasses (that were not purchased at their store!) and the optician did it right then and there at no cost. As I was waiting I noticed how friendly and helpful they were to everyone that came in whether or not they had an appointment. My last eye exam was done here which was thorough and informative and I never felt pressured to purchase glasses from them - in the past I’ve had to request my prescription so I could purchase elsewhere but they sent my prescription immediately without prompting. Friendly, honest, professional - highly recommend!

I love coming here. The staff are so friendly and knowlegable. Some of the frames are more expensive but they have a wide variety to chose from. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into customer service.

I found this store through Reddit for eyeglass repairs, and everyone there had great things to say about the service. Today I went in and had an amazing experience. Lise happily received me and patiently fixed all three of my eyeglasses. She didn’t charge me anything at all!
