Over the years I have had many trainers and none as good as Mike. He has an excellent eye for people with physical limitations. He is able to design customized work out programs that really work. Over the past two years, I have had tremendous physical improvement - both strength and mobility - and he makes it fun. Highly recommended.
Mike will customize programs for specific groups. I am currently taking part in a Mountain Bike Strength program (second year) to prepare me for the upcoming cycling season. The progressive build up from week to week, variety of exercises and competence of the instructor (Galen) support my recommendation.
